What do the clicks mean?
Each click is equal to 1iu or 0.01ml
Are the Disposable Pens single use?
Yes. DO NOT try to assemble the pen before filling and inserting a cartridge
How do I get the cartridge in and out?
Simply twist the lower half of the pen one way and remove. The cartridge should then slide in or out. *This is for reusable pens ONLY*
How do I fill a cartridge?
Filling the cartridges should only be carried in safe sanitised workplaces. To fill a cartridge requires either emptying the cartidge completly and then filling or by filling and venting at the same time. It is advised that you watch videos on this before you attempt to fill or use the pens.
How long is delivery?
Depending on the size of the order all orders should be with you within 48-72 hours. We use Royal Mail and Yodel. Please note that Royal Mail can take upto 5 working days for delivery. We aplogise if this happens to you
